Tours For Americans, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates and owns the www.EgyptForAmericans.com website, brand and its sub domains.

Booking, Payment, Cancellation and Refund

All our tours are land-only services within your destination. We only include domestic air tickets, and we do not provide any international air ticketing. All our prices are quoted in US dollars. Tours do not include items of a personal nature such as but not limited to passport fees, vaccinations, visas, airport taxes, drinks, laundry, clothing and toiletry items; international departure and border taxes and fees; excess baggage charges; tips; rental equipment.

Unless otherwise specified, 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Final balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.

*Deposit amount is subject to change based on domestic flights included and/or peak season travel dates.

Cancellations are subject to the following penalties of the full trip price:

  • 20% non-refundable deposit.
  • 90-61 days prior to arrival: 50% penalty.
  • 60-31 days prior to arrival: 75% penalty.
  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: 100% penalty.

Only upon receipt of full payment and a final email confirmation with the dates of the tour will booking be final and confirmed. If payments are not made in a timely manner as mentioned above, we reserve the right to impose overnight mail charges, other fees to cover our costs, and/or reservations are subject to cancellation.

Rescheduling is considered on a case by case basis only in case of emergencies and inability of meeting the agreed tour dates and it will be subject to tour price change and rescheduling fees. All cancellations and refund requests must be in writing.

We reserve the right to alter the order of or substitute equivalent services to accommodate flight and sailing schedules, availability of services including over bookings, and other factors.

All prices are subject to change due to fluctuation in local currency, hotels and cruises' dynamic rates, exchange rates, airfares and other reasons. The traveler will have the right to cancel with a refund (3% credit/debit card fees to be deducted) if a price change is made, if the request is made in writing and postmarked within 3 business days of such notification.

Bookings within 14 days of travel are subject to late booking fee on a case by case basis. If needed Tours For Americans, LLC reserves the right to change hotels and schedules.  If a tour is cancelled by Tours For Americans, for whatever reason, the sole liability of Tour For Americans, LLC shall be a full refund.

NO refund or credit will be given for any unused features, tours or any portion of the package due to (including and not limited to); early departures of customer’s choice, inclement weather condition, War, Terror, and/or acts of God.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and must check with any of the Egyptian consulates in the United States or visa agencies to determine the requirements to visit Egypt. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months beyond the dates of your travel with a minimum of one blank page.
Travel documents, vouchers, itinerary and information will be issued approximately 2 to 4 weeks prior to the start date of your tour. It is the responsibility of the traveler to review these documents to ensure accuracy and that all items purchased are included.

Liability

Tours For Americans LLC, its officers, directors and employees acting as agents for the client and/or suppliers of services, assume NO LIABILITY for services, transportation or equipment provided by airlines, local hotel, tour, car rental companies or other suppliers/operators. In the absence of negligence on our part we are not responsible for their acts or omissions. We have no special knowledge or information regarding any supplier insolvency, unsafe conditions, foreign entry or exit requirements, travel advisories or warnings, health hazards or weather hazards.

Tours For Americans LLC does not own, control or manage any transportation, accommodations, restaurants or other services.   We do not recommend car rental in Egypt. We assume no responsibility or liability for the safety of any individual participating in, such as and not limited to, activities or tours including hot air balloons, rock climbing, animal riding, or any other activity. We assume no liability for any consequential damages incurred by either party due to the fault of the other, regardless of: the nature of this fault; or whether it was committed by us, our employees, agents, or subcontractors; or whether such liability arises in breach of contract or warranty, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other cause of action. Consequential damages include, and are not limited to, loss of use and loss of profit.

By accepting an itinerary, tour, tour package and/or any of our services you agree that Tours for Americans LLC shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to you, those in your party, your belongings whilst on the tour.

It is strongly recommended for you to obtain Travel Protection/Insurance plan that may help provide coverage for tour cancellation, interruption, baggage lose or delay and medical expenses. It is the traveler’s responsibility to choose their insurance provider for all their insurance needs and secure their insurance contract prior to starting the tour.

For information about possible dangers at your destination(s), you should contact the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Department, see Travel.State.gov. For medical information, you should contact the U.S. Public Health Service the CDC.

You hereby release us from any claims arising from any causes not within our control. By using our website, any of our services and/or any of our products, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to them. Any claims or disputes under this agreement will be solved by binding arbitration in Jackson County, Missouri. Any document or record, including these Terms & Conditions, which is transmitted or received by electronic transmission by either party shall be treated in all manner and respects as an original signed document where enough indicia of acceptance by the respective party exists. Accessing www.EgyptForAmericans.com, www.ToursForAmericans.com and its sub-domains constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Additional terms & conditions may be imposed by our suppliers. The client is responsible for requesting such documentation if not provided.

Our services and website do not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
